Dr. Lopez has a deep commitment to Periodontics, is a gifted surgeon, and brings over 20 years of experience to our practice. Dr. Lopez is a graduate of Northwestern University Dental School and then went on to specialize in Periodontics at the University of Southern California. Dr. Lopez is one of a unique group of surgeons who is board certified in both Periodontology and Implant Surgery.

Dr. Lopez stays current with the latest technology in his field, is licensed for intravenous conscious sedation, and is a proponent of computer assistant implant surgery. This aids in precise placement of dental implants and leads to ideal results both surgically and restoratively. In many cases, this minimizes the extent of surgery that needs to be performed, and thus, a faster recovery for the patient.

Dr. Lopez brings to his craft an undeniable confidence and strength, combined with a gentle bed side manner. This makes a visit to the Periodontist informative and comforting. Dr. Lopez is a proud father of two, an avid golfer, and is in the process of becoming a decent Salsa dancer with his wife Julie of over 20 years.

Appointment Policy

Please remember that reserving a time for you means we cannot see another patient during that time. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know 48 hours(working days) prior to your appointment to avoid a fee of $150.00. A NO CALL NO SHOW Appointment is a $200.00 Charge. Letting us know in advance allows us to offer your appointment slot to other patients who're waiting for treatment. Please note that we won’t charge a missed appointment fee if you need to reschedule due to reasonable extenuating circumstances, like if you're sick or have a family emergency. If this happens repeatedly, however, a fee may apply at the office discretion.

A $150.00 deposit is required to schedule appointments for treatment.

A $50.00 deposit is required for all hygiene appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
